BlueBox1 has always provided the most helpful managed IT and consulting services. I truly cannot thank them enough. My employer is an engineering firm that has major employee growth incredibly quick. Bluebox1 has always been able to keep up with growth. Doesn’t matter if it upgrades to our network, new hire setup, and equipment purchases, they are proactive and always come in with positive and friendly attitude. They are super responsive and it doesn’t matter if they are onsite or fixing problems remotely. It’s nice to have support from them. All employees feel comfortable and never a bother when asking for help. I also work in finance, and having IT techs that understand, communicate, and provide documentation for billing and purchases is a plus. From fixed assets organization and aduit backup I have never run into any issues
